The studio has daily classes. Groups and Parties can be booked by appointment all week!

Tuesday- Member Day

Retiree Day

Wednesday- 10:00 am - 3:00 pm

Thursday - Member

Friday- 11:00 am-9:00 pm

Saturday-11:00 am - 9:00 pm

Sunday-11:00 am - 4:00 pm​
