Camp.. Designed for aspiring artists aged 12 to 18, these classes offer hands-on experiences in fused, stained, mosaic, and flameworking glass techniques. Under the guidance of skilled glass artisans, participants will craft unique masterpieces while learning the artistry and precision behind glasswork. With a mix of structured classes and open studio time, this camp fosters artistic exploration, teamwork, and confidence. Spaces are limited, so don’t miss the chance to give your teen an unforgettable creative adventure!

Monday

​​10:30 AM - 12:30 PM: Introduction to Glass Art
A group session where teens explore the basics of fused, stained, mosaic, and flameworking glass techniques.

• Lunch Break: 12:30 PM - 1:00 PM

• 1:00 PM - 4:30 PM: Fused Glass Basics
  Hands-on fused glass workshop where participants design and create their first pieces, such as coasters or tiles.

 

Tuesday

10:30 AM - 12:30 PM: Mosaic Magic

• Teens design and assemble a colorful mosaic using glass pieces.

• Lunch Break: 12:30 PM - 1:00 PM

• 1:00 PM - 4:30 PM: Advanced Mosaic Techniques
  Introduction to grouting and finishing their mosaic projects.

 

Wednesday 

10:30 AM - 12:30 PM: Stained Glass Mastery (Part 1)

• They learn the basics of cutting and piecing glass for stained glass art.

• Lunch Break: 12:30 PM - 1:00 PM

• 1:00 PM - 4:30 PM: Stained Glass project selection and starting the stained glass project.  Cut and Foil

Thursday

• 10:30 AM - 12:30 PM: Flameworking Fun
  Teens work with torches to create small glass sculptures or beads while learning safety techniques.

• Lunch Break: 12:30 PM - 1:00 PM

• 1:00 PM - 4:30 PM: Stained Glass Mastery (Part 2)
  They learn how to foil and solder their creation 

 

Friday- Open Studio

• 10:30 AM - 4:30 PM

• Lunch Break: 12:30 PM - 1:00 PM (Pizza Fridays-Day Campers $10)

• A free-flow session where teens choose their favorite glass technique to work on a self-directed project.
